Question for those of you who have managed to successfully go on a lean bulk while also maintaining a social life . I’m talking gaining 1-2 pounds a month. Are you guys eating at maintenance during most days and just having those times you go out with for dinner once or twice a week put you in a slight surplus. I’m one of those people who has a massive appetite and whenever I’ve tried to lean bulk I can do so for a bit but then I start eating in a pretty heavy surplus between my appetite and hanging out with my foodie friends and this results in me having to go on 16 week long miserable cuts to get rid of the body fat accumulated so I am trying to figure out the best strategy to maintain a slight surplus while still enjoying life and not having to diet down for forever after a bulk.
