What are some things you wish you knew before embarking on the journey?
Post Body
I’ll start: I wish I had known that as your body gets bigger and more muscular, it becomes harder to live in it. I’m a 26y male, 190cm, currently at 101kg, 24% bf. I’m a huge fan of walking, but it’s honestly becoming harder. Swimming has been impacted as well due to breathing, same goes for sleeping.
I’m currently on a bulk and hope to achieve a beach body by summer. Wish me luck!
