Recently decided to try the app but kindof disappointed. I’m a fan of the man so I thought I’d give it a try but unless I’m doing it wrong it’s got you looked into a beginner routine for 90 days before you can access the other routines. Looks like a one on one off full body split but not a lot of volume. Has anybody else tried it?
