Do you use Myo-Reps? How and where do you incorporate these?

Title says it all. Kinda conflicted on where I should program myo-reps. Is it possible to use it for every muscle group, particularly compound exercises? Can they be used in presses, pulldowns, or rows? I'm normally in a time constraint, and if I weren't, I would've defaulted to straight sets. Any advice would be beneficial. Thank you in advance!
