Which is better/which would you do/which have you done for a cut while still being able to train hard and perform in the gym:

I lose slowly at 3000, so my maintenance is a bit above that.

1 week at 2500 1 week at 3000 = 38500 = 2750/day = ~0.5lbs/week

2 weeks at 2500 1 week at 3000 = 56000 = 2666/day = ~0.7lbs/week

1 week at 2500 2 weeks at 3000 = 59500 = 2833/day = ~0.3lbs/week

5 days at 2500 2 days at 3000 = 18500 = 2642/day = ~0.75lbs/week
