I ran nsuns lp for a total of 36 weeks or so (with a 9 week break after the 25th week or so where I ran BBB as a "break").
I love the volume of nsuns lp, but the 1 sets 4x a week weren't fun - I was sore a lot - not DOMS - more of a general tiredness in my joints. I'm coming up on 53, so gains are slow, and my parts are getting old.
I'm currently in my 6th rotation of CAP3, and I can't rave enough how well it's worked for me. The workouts are hard - but recovery is quick. I'm able to work out 6-7 days a week without feeling tired, and while I never push that 95% 1 set, I'm doing just fine pushing more reps at slightly lower weights. I also like that some pulling is built into the program AND, the workout leaves me slightly more time than lp to fit in a few more accessories (often with nsuns, I would skip accessories due to time or fatigue)
Progression is probably slower than nsuns, but steady. Every main lift has gone up 5lb easily each cycle. I was stuck f.o.r.e.v.e.r. at a BP TM of 205, but now I'm up to 230, and feel stronger than ever. Also - for an introverted loner like me, I love that I can do my bench work - even the "test" days without a spotter. Squat and DL are getting better and better too (TMs of 295 and 320 respectively).
I will say that the program is a bit confusing at first. But people like /u/PyramidREP were a huge help with my initial questions and really helped me understand the program.
I'm 5'8", 175lb, but I'm hoping to drop another ~5 pounds while I continue to increase strength and mass. Lots of cool milestones likely on my horizon (two-plate bench, 3-plate DL), and I look forward to celebrating those here.
