So I have been reading a lot from Dr Mike and I can get behind his ideas of using number of weekly sets for progression. Would I consider anything under 60% cool down or warm up sets and not "working"? Also sticking the the chest progressions it would be hard to stay under 20 sets per week. Are these two programs that should be ran independently? Thanks in advance
