I'm about 2 months into a five day program. I skipped yesterday for the holiday, but had plenty of time today to hit the gym. I was planning to do my day 4 workout (front squat, dead lift accessories), but given that I had no plans, I went ahead and did day 5 (bench press / close gripped bp) today as well (along with some support accessories).
This probably won't be a regular thing, but other than the time hit of doing two days in one, any drawbacks to a mega-workout. Tomorrow is a rest day, and I do a long run on Sundays, so everything will recover, just curious if anyone else ever does this - or if there are reasons I should never do it again.
