How to I manage to break even? Started my own empire at clan level 5. Have made a few parties from companions and captured a town and 2 castles. had to peace out with a few empires on 3k tribute which I can't afford but equally can't stop their 1k armies without peacing out early

When does really good gear start appearing in game? Currently bandit armor is the best I’ve seen and I’m level 15 with 47 tier 3-4 sturgeon troops. I’m on console.

so in warband im passively losing relations with my top vassals for no reason . (about 1 per week). they all have a lot of land and all unassigned fiefs are granted. could this be from not having a high right to rule? i can’t find anybody with this problem
