So I have been frustrated by this since M&B: Bannerlord released.

Why can’t I marry my female clanmates to companions and keep both of them as clan members(I know you can make Companions vassals and then marry clanmates to them)

Like there isn’t any reason to marry your female clanmates off you can’t alliances or turn factions into puppet factions by doing this. And by doing it you lose a governor, party leader, possible play able character. Etc

I have several Companions that have done great services to me and I would like to award them. And I have 2 nieces and a sister that I feel sorry for cuz they have been alone for years.

As such are there any mods that can help fix at least one of the issues. Also I know for a fact that incest was a common practice in medieval ages.
