Hi all,
I'm looking for folks in their 20's, like myself, who are also attempting to lose weight. I am 22 5'8" about 173 lbs. my goal weight at this point is 155 then I'd like to tone up. I've taken up running a few times a week for physical exercise. I'm looking for folks in the same boat, to hold each other accountable and report to each other on meal plans, work outs, weightless etc. More so, I respond well to competition so if we are competing in a way to lose weight I think it could be beneficial.
Let me know if you are interested. Send your stats, how much weight you'd like to lose and your plan for weight loss. I'm a bit clueless in a workout gym so if you're knowledgeable about that, that's a big plus.
