15 stone 5 lbs 5ā€5 female Iā€™m trying to lose weight, obviously šŸ˜‚ and was just wondering if the below calories are actually helping or Iā€™m I going too high? I feel like my calories are too high (Iā€™m a nurse btw and am on my feet constantly)
