Am i working out wrong?
Hello I'm 16 and 195 lbs height 5'7 and i don't know exactly what workout or how many or how long i should be doing Like a couple days ago I've been using a random app called lose weight app for men but the workouts don't feel right and short and i made my own routine but even that doesn't feel right.
3 sets of 10 situps 3 sets of 10 jumping jacks 30 second plank 15 mountain climb 2 sets of 15 squats Repeat 1 more time
I've lost -5 pounds meaning i gained 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks but i haven't really worked out much cause they don't feel wrong i need an opinion.
The bottom is just extra stuff i listed if you needed more information don't read it if you don't need more info or don't care as it's just there if you needed that info.
Extras: I can't afford any equipment especially boxing equipment one of my favorite activities. Can't go to a gym. And can't eat anything healthy cause my mom doesn't buy anything healthy even if i ask I'll put what i can eat under this. And I'm very weak and have little stamina so i can't do any extreme or anything simple either like pushups or pull ups.
Things i can eat cause its all my mom buys even if i ask for anything else she'll just not buy it idk why. She only buys fatting food i guess cause it's cheap and easy to make
Ramen noodles (microwave) 24 pack hotdogs (microwave) Tuna Ceral (coco puffs and cinnamon toast crunch) Chicken nuggets (Air fryer) Chicken tenders (Air fryer) Mac and cheese (microwave) Random desserts some have chocolate, or jam, or cheese, or syrup its just random cuban desserts Pringles (i don't like chips a lot but if i haven't eaten anything I'll eat the whole thing) Chips
Drinks are Cola Pepsi Dr.pepper Gatorade Powerade Water Milk Sprite And other random sodas Apple juice Orange juice Fresh grown coconut we get the coconut water out Fresh mango into juice and we eat them too im not a fan of either
