How to burn 900+ calories as a student?
Post Body

Hi! As the title implies, im (17F) / 5'6 and Im 195 pounds, ive always been on the bigger side because healthy options are really expensive for my family but recently ive been able to start small and drink lots ot water per day along with changing my snakes to more healthy options like nuts, fruits, raisins and less fast food and stuff like that. (Greens make me vomit quite litteraly)

But apparently when i try to see how much calories I need to eat it's always 1,500 or something close to that. But I only burn about 400 per day (walking in the mornings and transitioning between classes), how can I burn more then 900 calories a day after being completely exhausted from school? Should I stick with a calorie deficit of 400?

(For any extra info, I am apart of marching band which require a lot of walking around (i get about 6000 to 7500 steps per day) ( & I am getting back into swimming on weekly basis my lifeguarding job but that won't be till the summer)
