Trying to lose fat percentage? Any recommended strength training programs?

I am currently at 21-25% body fat. Been going to the gym for 4 months now. Looking to be more disciplined with a program.

yes, i am questioning the poster's assertion that a 300 kcal daily deficit (without regard to macros) along with a 30 min walk will automatically lead to 'some' muscle loss.

You're saying that being in 300 kcal daily deficit and walking on a treadmill will lead to muscle loss? Doesn't sound right. No mention of protein needs?
