I'm 14 Male 5"9 and 132 lbs, I'm down from 200 lbs 1 year ago, and I was wondering if I'd look better if I keep cutting, I'm skinnyfat, but I don't think I have much muscle. My waist is around 31.25 inches at its widest. I have some pictures, my upper ribs are visible since that's not visible, and these photos are taken completely relaxed and no flexing or sucking in at all.
So yeah should I continue losing weight or should i eat at maintenance and try building more muscle and maintaining.
you are too young to be lean. hormones need to work. you also need to put a lot of muscle so just train hard and eat all you can.
