I’m a 5’1 114 lb female and I am still holding on to a quite a lot of body fat. I’m wondering your tips on how to really tighten your back and waist.
I workout my arms, back and legs the most and don’t necessarily target my abs. I would like to slim my waist and back by toning up and losing body fat, but I’m not sure how.
To preface, I lost 35 pounds and 5 inches of my waist. Now it’s time to really get into toning and losing my BF %.
you gain and lose fat in a proportional way in all your body. maybe genetics can change this a bit but its an overall process.
training abs can make your core stronger and even improve its shape but they wont show up if your fat doesnt let them.
