Although I see this discouraged on most lifting platforms since people recommend at least one rest day I have been having no problems with this and have been doing it for a while.
Honestly it's not out of any insane willpower or discipline or anything like that, I just like going to the gym.
Obviously I dont do full body everyday, its just your standard bro split like chest triceps ect while still going heavy and to failure on the last set and so on. It's been serving me quite well so no reason to stop plus I burn some extra calories. Anybody else? and if you think one shouldnt life everyday, what would be the reason? would love to hear it.
i always trained 3 days (LeanGains workout) but a few months ago i started training 6 and made a huge progress but actually feel like shit.
im planning to do a like 2 week 6 training days and other 1 or 2 of 3 like rest weeks. kinda cycling
