Reaching my newbie gain goals feasibly. M20 6ā5 180.

If I were to lean bulk in a 300 calorie surplus would I be gaining the same amount of muscle that I would have in a 500 calorie surplus disregarding fat? I plan on bulking for 9 months. And I my end goal after a proper cut is a lean 200lbs . What would the muscle to fat gain ratio be for someone like myself at my stature. And how many pounds of muscle should I be able to put on in this timeframe. Like I said my goal in the next year was to be a lean 200lbs, But Iām not sure that would be possible if the 0.6 lbs Iām gaining per week is half fat. Iām willing to extend the bulk if it helps me get to my goal too.
