What's stopping me from eating a whole packet of egg whites every day to achieve my daily protein goals?

Based on my calculation, it has around 50g of protein and 750g of sodium. Does it have too much sodium? Here are the macros: https://imgur.com/a/ExKfOVh

Edit 1: Sorry, In screwed up with simple math hahah. 50g of protein not 150g. Theoretically, I can eat two packs for 100g easy protein, right?
