Been doing an upper/lower for a little over two months that consists of Monday:upper Tuesday:lower and follow through the entire week. Just wondering if maybe switching to PPL would slow for that full 48 hours for each muscle to rest. Right now with the upper lower even though I go and hit the same muscle every other day itβs only 36hours max but I hit my 20 sets per muscle. Same time Iβm hitting multiple exercise per muscle group and each exercise gets 20 sets per week so maybe over killing it too or not? Tryna achieve max hypertrophy as a natty my Gβs thatβs all. Donβt wanna lose gains due to user error that would suck you know. Here is my current split routine: (Boxed in because their all super sets) Upper day My dood β-Stretch n Rolloutββ Tricep pulldown:412 Bicep curl:410 ββββββββ Chest press:412 Seated Row:412 βββββββββ Shoulder Press:410 Barbell curls:410 ββββββββ- Dips:412 Shoulder Shrugs:412 βββββββββ Lat. pulldown:412 Cable flys:412 βββββββββ- Cable middle meet:410 Cable press:412 βββββββββ Cable Pull-Apart:412 High Cable Fly:412 βββββββββ-
