I just finished my second bulk/cut cycle, trying to lean out my body composition. I've bulked up to my target, and then cut 10 lbs with an eye towards eventually ending up at my target weight. Is this better / worse / same as bulking over my target and then cutting to hit my target?
For example, say I'm 5' 9" and my target is 160 lbs. I've been cycling between 150 and 160. If my goal is to lean out, would I be better off cycling between 155 and 165 before finishing at 160? ...between 160 and 170 before finishing at 160?
