Cheated tf out fellas i mean were talking if the stomach whispered junk, I was racing to the corner wtore for all youre favorite nightmareish high calorie loaded with fat and art. Sugar ice cream sandwhiches and reeses cookies man. Now Last year I was 232 lost roughly/cut down to 150 at a rate of 1.4 lbs a week in a lil over a year. Just started my lean bulk last week (maintenance cals 2300 surplussed to 26) and now I hit the scale today at 158. Ik a good amount is or hopefully is water weight. My training is ab calestenics whenever in the day, 5 days full body jeff nippars style for strength, and daily cardio. Height:5”8 Bodyfat prior to cut was roughly 8%-9%. Just looking for opinions here what to do and possible advice? Terrible Clinically diagnosed OCD just eating my ass away right now bros
