Tips for anxiety during leangains journey

Hi guys, doing leangains method 16/8 last 6 weeks. First week it was a bit hard but my body adopts, so next few weeks was great feeling. Now, last 10 days i feel my anxiety increase in the morning, especially when i am doing fasted training in the morning (a scoop of whey before workout). I raised my cafffeine tolerance during leangains journey, from 1 cup in the morning i switched to 2-3 cups during the all day, my fight or flight reposne is on higher level. I cut caffeine last few days, drinking coffe only before workout for boosting, on rest days and afternoons only decaf coffee. Sometimes i feel dizziness and brain fog, especially in the morning. Any tips how to lower my cortisol level, or maybe change my diet for decrease these moments. Is it ok idea to put a banana in protein shake before a morning workout? Any other suggestions?
