What rep and set ranges do we like to work in?
Post Body

I'm cycling through light, medium and heavy days. The light days are a Paul Carter 350 set, the medium days are 3 x 8-12, and the heavy days is just 1 rest pause set. But I'm toying with trying myo reps. I like shorter more intense workouts, used to do those all the time when I was bodybuilding. I powerlifted for the better part of a decade and had to get used to multiple sets and the 5-12 rep range for power and accessory work. Which was a different kind of fun. But I'm doing a move abbreviated style of training now, full body etc, and like being done in 45-60 min.

So, what rep ranges do we all like, what are your goals and how is it going so far?
