Trying to get advice on what direction I should head in at this point in my training. Any advice is welcome.

http://imgur.com/a/1mAwn98 Hello fellow lifters, not sure if I'm in the right place but might as well give it a shot. I was wondering if I can get advice from this awesome community on what i should probably be focusing on as far as cutting, bulking, or maintenance.

I started my journey about 2 years ago. I had never been skinny but as the years went by i gradually tacked on mass and before I knew it I was 34 years old, 5'8, and 242 pounds. Currently I am about 160-162 lbs, it constantly fluctuates and i honestly haven't been paying to much attention to the scale lately as i can still see positive changes in my composition.

I have been lifting for about 4 months. Currently I'm lifting 5-6 days a week as I tweaked my ankle so I can't run on off days at the moment. The program i use is https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/bulldozer-training-3-day-workout-split I just work it twice a week. Anyways, I was wondering if at this point in time I should still be in a cut, bulk,or maintenance phase. I still have fat on my chest and stomach I'd like to get rid of but don't know what would be best. I had been eating 1500-1700 for weight loss for months but seemed to have plateaued so for the past week I have eaten 2000 calories including 160-190 protein daily. Would it be appropriate to go back on a cut or should I ride it out a bit longer to maybe "re-adjust" my metabolism. The goal is to get bigger muscles, more definition and cut fat.
