I'm new to lifting and I just can't seem to figure out what my TDEE is or my maintenance calories so I can do a lean bulk. I've tried the calculators online but I can't seem to accurately categorize myself of how active I am. I'm usually home sitting with my laptop and I go out occasionally to get groceries and I do workout 5-6 days a week. Can someone help me out on how I can know what my TDEE would be like? I'm 5'10 23 male 153lb weight. I've been struggling with this simple thing for days lol please help me out! I would really appreciate it. 😄
