I have been doing Keto and Intermittent fasting for 10 months and started working out after 6 months into Keto. It has worked brilliantly for me until now, lost 30kgs (66lbs approximately) but one worrying thing is I still have a loose belly. While my parts are getting toned, the belly just doesn't go away. I'm 177cms tall and weigh around 63kgs (139lbs). The common wisdom I get is to bulk up and try cutting down again. I'm not sure if I can do it or do it healthily. Anyone been through this and got out?

Is there any evidence they help with hangovers? There was a bottle on clearance at the grocery store for $4 so I grabbed one vaguely remembering hearing someone, somewhere say mixing BCAA with Pedialyte was great for that purpose.
