So, I'm considering trying intermittent fasting. My uncle has been doing it and has dropped a considerable amount of weight.
Anyways, so when fasting for 16 hours (I would do the fast at night), water only, correct? And during the eating window, what about soda? Soda is a big problem I have and if I cut it out altogether I'd drop weight easily. However, I've yet to successfully do that. I've told people before if I could give up food and just drink Mtn. Dew, I'd be happy (I know... gross). Should that be cut out entirely? Or drank in moderation? Obviously, the ideal way would be NO SODA... but well, I'm not giving myself that much credit.
I guess I'm just afraid I'd screw it all up with soda. Why does it have to be so good?
