I'm a relative newb (A couple of months, 15 lbs gone!) to IF, but I've been wondering if there is any good info about the number of IF days per week to maximize fat loss? In my usual "all-or-nothing" style, I've been doing 20-24 hrs fasting Monday through Friday, then down to 16-8's for the weekend. Is there a book, site, video or etc that will give me better info about how to maximize my losses without flat-lining my metabolism? I'm trying to stick to real studies to avoid the mass of "bro-science" out there.
