hi, i've been doing a leangains cut for about 11 days now and i've been following the StrongLifts 5x5 workout plan 3 days a week like leangains recommends, the thing is in my OH press and bench press i've plateaued early (second week of the program) with 65lbs and 85lbs respectively, and i feel like my squats are soon gonna plateau (theyre at 120lbs atm), should i be worried about plateaus and try to raise the weight of the lifts or should i maintain those lifts at my max (to be able to complete 5 sets of 5 without failing) until i finish the cut? EDIT* im 190cm or 6ft2, weigh 74kg or 163lbs with 20% bf (skinnyfat) and im a dude
i think you need to put more muscle instead of cutting unless you are a girl.
