Hi i weigh about 157 5'8 and 4 days of the week i walk on average about 10 miles in 105 weather and im doing the NEW LG cut template for my workout. if i dont eat around 100 carbs on those days i walk that much i start to get pretty damn grumpy from my calorie deficit. with the LG calculators and even using the excel sheet even if i use the extremely active calculator the carbs are at like 77 with the fat going to 117 and it doesn't really make sense to boost my protein ridiculously high as long as im losing weight its fine to up my carb calories on those days right? im around 2600-3k calories
stick to a number. get used to it. view changes. modify if necessary.
