Lean Bulking Sucks? (my 1st meal prep test was not what I expected...)
Post Body

LONG POST but bear with me please! so I weigh 130lbs atm and to maintain my weight I eat 3000calories daily (without a real diet.

--for the past couple days ive been planning out a diet to CLEAN BULK rather than stuffing pizza, shakes, etc.

--I figured I would approach my CLEAN BULK (3300cal) diet by making my main meal 1st, which ended up being -->

--1lbs of chicken breast, 4 cups of brown rice, 356g of Green Peas, and all that added up to 1360Calories, 16g of fat, 192g of carbs (24g of fiber), and 120lbs of protein....

--I know I want to Lean Bulk but CRAP! I made a sample of it and barely consumed 1/4 of the planed quantity in 1 hour....

--My MACROS to bulk are 77g of fat, 470g of carbs (66g of fiber), and 182g of protein

--My question: barely learning to meal prep so the basic Brown Rice/Chicken combo is easy to do... but I'm thinking I may actually maybe overstuffing my diet with TOO MUCH Chicken and Rice... if I'm trying to bulk, how much of my Protein should come from chicken breast? And how much Brown Rice should I be eating daily for my carbs intake?

--the chicken alone is 84/182 of my total protein intake... NOT FUN (though its not bad with spices and seasonings)

you will poop normally with 30 grams. i would go higher on fiber while cutting.

66gr of fiber is too much
