Hey leangains folks,
I hope you brilliant individuals can shed some light on my conundrum. I've been using leangains for over a year now and it's time to bulk. Since I've always trained in the mornings fasted, fitting the amount of calories I require is not feasible or optimal in just 2 meals post workout. I've decided to eat preworkout in hopes of being able to do more volume in my training and spread calories throughout the day. Unfortunately, I've grown fond of fasted training and now realize getting some calories in pre is probably a good idea.
What have you guys done during a gaining phase?

if i do a preworkout meal i try to hit the half goal of protein and some carbs. around 100gr protein and 100 carbs.
