Hi all, new here been lurking for a while.
I just started LG about three weeks ago after hearing a local fitness raidio host talk for weeks about IF being good for people with hypothyroidism, which I am one of. I've tried several diets and exercise regimens over the past ten years but my body still looks about the same. I'm pretty active and have completed several 10k mud runs.
Anyway, I looked into IF and loved the idea. I saw that Tery Crews foes it and watched a video of him talking about it and using cocunut oil when fasting if he's just starving. I've been putting about a tbsp in my coffee during this time and just today read the label: each tbsp has 130 calories...oops. Guess I'll he stopping that!
I also do Body Beast in the mornings, any thoughts with that? I stick to about 1700 calories a day as well.
