So i've been at 13% BF trying to get to 10% for a little bit now and i wanted to speed things up so on top of my warrior diet i started sull fasting for some rest days. I was thinking to myself that this weekly caloric deficit could be leading to a slower metabolism. If i were to eat only whole fats for dinner on a night i would usually fast, would my BMR increase because of the extra calories while sparing protein by keeping the fast going as i wouldn't leave ketosis because no insulin would be released? Is this a better strategy for quick fat loss?
first of all, insulin is not your enemy.
if rhe warrior diet works for you, then continue, why not? but don't try to accelerate things too much.
