New to IF advice needed

To be honest im 301 lbs and about 5'7 started on a 20/4 IF (for about a week so far and have been sticking with it religiously) my question is with exercise walking 3-5 km everyday, is it sufficient or overdoing it at my weight , any advice would be appreciated
