Maintaining muscle workout with a [relatively] serious injury

I bulked through winter and got to my peak strength and size, 81kg and 175cm. I'm lucky I am naturally quite lean too. About 2 months ago I broke my scapula (shoulder blade) playing rugby and haven't been able to train properly since.

I've been going to spinning class and cycling around 3-5 times a week just to keep fit and the fat away. But I'm really starting to notice a huge deterioration in muscle. I'm already down to 75kg. Does anybody know good workouts which put minimal strain on the shoulders but are beneficial for at least maintaining some size? Lifting free weights is off the cards for at least another month but I hope there's something I can do effectively in the meantime. Thanks

try using machines so you know what movements you do to not tu hurt you. they also work directly in the targeted muscla so you avoid involving your scapula.

can i ask how u broke it? i got winged scapulas.
