I'm talking about either dieting or training. Of course, this is assuming that you have done the original Leangains protocol for a significant amount of time.
As for me, adding more volume and frequency to the OHP and bench (even on a cut) helped me preserve and even make gains better than the original RPT 2 sets.
i know that the exercises are not created by him bit i took the example from the website (31min) and worked as fuck for me (i modified but exercises still the same).
also rtp and strength objectives.
