Long story short I can't train lower body because I suffered an injury in my hamstring today and I'm not sure how long my recovery will be. I'm on a cut atm too and I'm not sure how I can adjust my training. I have been on a upper/lower since January 31. Just a really basic routine.
I want to lose another 10-15 pounds. I'm currently 5'9 161-162. I have a good chunk of fat left in my love handle area and leg, ass, hip region.
I have been listening and reading some articles and podcasts by menno henselman and how he trains very high frequency. Does anyone here have any experience with this type of training? I was thinking of starting a high frequency, low volume phase. All upper body movements 5-6 days per week. So I would do 2 sets per body part.
If anyone has some advice I'd appreciate it.
you can still use some leg machines dont u?
