Alright been stuck on keto I love the life style love the food but optimal for muscle some say yes some say no.... im sick of eating 5-6-7-8 meals a day and timing everything , so im coming back to leangains , wish there was a book but cant seem to find it for his protocol 100%
im happy with 3 meals as 2 meals I can do but feel safer with 3 for MPS
now I was keto still am always go to keto but I think that's because I brained washed myself about carbs.... im going to 16/8 fast have 3 meals... now should I have 1 pre workout meal than two post ? or all post.....
I will be including carbs going to start with 100-150G a day of oatmeal around workout only just deciding on training fasted of after 1 meal..... I think most on here train with BCAA's than feast afterwords?
