Besides the usual coffee and other stimulants there are a few more things you can try:

  1. Have a low-calorie, low-sodium soup potassium salt as a pick-me-up
    • It can stimulate you better than coffee if you are drinking a lot of water, which you should be doing
    • Add some oregano for extra antioxidants
  2. A very small amount of baking soda [dissolved in a bit of water], like a tip of a teaspoon, helps when the stomach is starting to complain
  3. Theanine to curb the restlessness of coffee in an empty stomach
  4. A pinch of cinnamon in coffee adds a bunch of antioxidants, too
  5. A hot cup of sugar-free cocoa
