Heavy strength training is central to Leangains, but I rarely see any discussion of actual lifting here amidst all the bulk/cut, fasting and eating window questions.
Post your age, height, weight and stats on the compound lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, chin-up/pull-up). Pictures of your physique would be cool too.
I know I posted a few days ago but just wanted to show off a bit:
Age: 21y
Height: 1'75m
Weight: 77kg
(Front)Squat: 140kg
OHP: 85kg
Bench: 110kg
Deadlift: 190kg
Chinup: BW 50kg last time
Dips: BW about 65kg
