Hi all, how often you change your calories based on your new weight's TDEE? For example, If you start at 175 lbs, and say your rest day calories are set at 1443. After a month you weigh 168, and your new rest day calories are at 1400. I weigh myself at the scale in my gym on workout days, and I seem to swing /- 3 pounds every time I weigh myself. 40 or so calories probably doesn't matter that much, but I'm just curious how often others tweak their calories.
tdee does not adjust. it just changes depending on what u do, as simple as that. my tdee during the week is about 4000 now and 2200 on weekends. you have to know how to interpret it without overthinking
