To start, I know I know, the workout plan for lean gains is laid out thoroughly and there is a ton of information. However, I want to know the results that people get doing a DIFFERENT workout.
I've recently begun IF (3 weeks strong) and am doing a 5 day split workout, starting each workout with a primary exercise (bench, dead, squat, press) and then 3 sets of super sets, 8 reps each.
To clarify, chest day would look (broadly) bench press (4x8), DB incline/DB fly (4x8), decline bench/cable fly (4x8), push ups.
I know the concept is to do dynamic exercises, only a few supporting exercises - leaving plenty of room for recovery since your body is already stressed by fasting.
Has anyone experimented with other workouts ?
