So last night i decided to hit the happy trees since i been completely clean since i been on my cutting diet. i probably went about 6-7k calories overboard. It was the day before i do my deadlifts and workout i also walked 40 miles this weekend with eating about 1500-1800 calories each of those days each day on average about 10 miles.. i was 151 yesterday and about 157 when i woke up after the binge. I worked out and fasted for about 16 hours since the binge and have only had protein since. im thinking about doing a 40 hour fast to combat the extra calories since it was mostly garbage... Cheesecake, ruffles, cinnamon rolls, hi chews, half of a pizza. half a gallon of milk. I wont be smoking anytime soon for the fact i have no self control. Any suggestions ? i did add stairmaster today to help burn some of the extra calories.
