I really fear checking the scale one day, seeing my weight rise by a few lbs and feeling like im gonna have to continue to drop weight with those added water weight lbs from creatine. For example 179lbs- wake up to see 182lbs, then I will restart from 182 and drop down back to 179 in 2-3 weeks. I feel like this would crush me, especially if I don’t feel or see why improvements while taking creatine. I do not plan on loading, and just taking 4-5g daily or at least every day I work out? Also I have this cutting and calorie deficit thing down, over 50lbs lost already.
Extra info So I’m cutting (never bulked before I’m changing my lifestyle used to be fat) I’m 176 now I have been pretty much consisteny losing 1-2lbs a week since September 2022, I took a break 2 weeks ago for my birthday and started my deficit again around 5 days ago and my weight has dropped from 178 to 176. I’ve recently invested in bulk amounts of protein and creating mono because I’m serious about this and finally getting my abs to show this year.
