Does it get easier to intermittent fast / water fast the more one tries?
Post Body

Recently it's my first time to water fast, and I had to have 3 keto cups to not feel like I was going to faint and / or cave in completely to eating food again. I feel the weight of failure because I've read past 1 g of sugar negates the fasting (and each keto cup is like 1 g of sugar). Does it get any easier if I try this again in the future? Is it harder for me due to having a fast metabolism and usually needing to eat a lot and / or also because of my genetic condition hEDS? I want to talk to my doctor about newly trying to do water fasting and intermittent fasting more frequently. What specific questions should I ask my doctor?
