2 avocados 2 cucumbers 50g nordic berries 6 eggs 500-600g oily fish or quality red meat 100g macadamia nuts 100g beef liver/kidney 30g butter 1-2dl coconut milk
Routine: 1. Wake up 8-9am 2. Go to gym 10am 3. 1-1.5h workout 4. Immedietly eat raw liver, 3 raw eggs and smoothie from avocados, cucumbers, berries, nuts, butter and coconut milk. 5. 30min infrared or 10min traditional sauna 6. Eat through the day 500-600g meat and cucumber, I usually make raw salmon and cucumber salad with olive oil, chipotle and little soysauce. 7. 3 eggs and some nuts before 8pm 8. Sleep 10-11pm and repeat

seems very specific in terms of food choices. most are easily swappable.
