Hello, I have been on and off from keto for 2 years now, first time doing ketogains (2 months in), I'm 22 male, 6'2, 191.8lb as of this morning), around 14% body fat (ketogains calculator). Fasting for 17 hours every day. I'm losing around 3.3 to 4.4lbs a week and getting a bit worried if this is healthy. I'm eating around 10g carbs a day, 70g of fat and reaching my protein goal every day.
P.S. on normal keto I lost like 2.2lbs a week
are you working out?
What's the difference between your 'old' keto diet and Ketogains? Were you eating more fat?
